Return Eligibility

All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact.
The return request is initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Products purchased during clearance or final sale events.
Gift cards or promotional items.
Products showing signs of use, damage, washing, or alteration by the customer.

Order Cancellation

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
